Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Koko Glow – Beauty and Cosmetic Store, we carefully check and pack orders before dispatch. Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, all sales are final.
1. No Return Policy
Koko Glow does not accept returns.
Once an order has been successfully placed and delivered, customers cannot return products for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Personal preference
- Product colour preference
- Product no longer required
- Ordered the wrong size, shade, variant, or quantity
2. No Refund Policy
Koko Glow does not offer refunds for successfully delivered orders.
Once payment has been made and the order has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may ask you to provide:
- Order number
- Photographs of the package
- Photographs/videos of the product
- Shipping label
- Description of the issue
After verification, Koko Glow may provide a replacement where the claim is found to be valid and the replacement product is available.
4. Replacement Policy
Replacement is available only for eligible cases such as:
- Product damaged during delivery
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product received in a defective condition
Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by Koko Glow.
Replacement does not mean a refund.
5. Opened or Used Cosmetics
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered cosmetic and beauty products cannot be returned or replaced, except where required by applicable law.
Customers should check the package and product before opening or using it.
6. Unboxing Evidence
For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers may be required to provide clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the package and product received.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect the ability to process a replacement request.
7. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

All sales are final. No return. No refund. Replacement only for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to verification and applicable law.
